Refund Policy
for Clinical Brain Solution

1. Packages:

  • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if the package has not been used. If usage has started, refunds are not available.
  • Partial Refunds: No partial refunds will be given for partially used transaction packages.
  • Expiration: Pay-as-you-go packages are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Unused transactions will expire after this period, and no refunds or credits will be issued for unused transactions.

2. Monthly Subscription:

  • Cancellation and Refund: The monthly subscription can be canceled at any time before the renewal date. If canceled after the subscription period has started, no refund will be provided for the remaining period.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled.
  • Service Guarantee: If a user experiences significant service disruption, a prorated credit may be issued for the affected period, but no cash refunds will be provided.

3. Annual Subscription:

  • Refund Eligibility: Users can request a refund within the first 30 days of the annual subscription, provided that the usage does not exceed 10% of the transaction volume. After this period or usage threshold, no refunds are available.
  • Early Termination Credit: If the annual subscription is terminated before the end of the term, a prorated credit may be issued based on remaining months, which can be used toward future services but is non-refundable.
  • Service Disruption Compensation: In case of prolonged service outages impacting the Clinical Brain solution, a prorated credit may be offered, valid for future subscription periods.

4. General Terms:

  • Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team, detailing the reason for the request and any relevant information.
  • Processing Time: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Any additional services, such as advanced support subscriptions, are non-refundable once provided or activated.
  • Support Plans: Basic support is included in all packages, and advanced support requires a separate subscription, which is non-refundable once the service begins.
